[摘要] The present Act provides for the establishment of a Fund to finance nuclear waste disposal, its composition and tasks, as well as payment mode from the reserves of the energy groups. The Board of Trustees is composed of one representative from the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of the Environment. It decides on all fundamental questions. The Board of Directors determines the investment strategy for the Fund. The text consists of 15 articles and 2 Annexes.
