[摘要] The present Law regulates legal, economic, social and organizational basis of tourism and tourist activity on the territory of Turkmenistan. The document consists of VII Sections that contain 26 Articles. SecI (arts. 1-4) lays down general provisions. Sec.II (Arts.5-8) regards state regulation if the sphere of tourism.
