Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 (S.I. 3538 of 2007).

[摘要] These Regulations introduce a new system of environmental permitting in England and Wales. They replace the existing system as defined by Part II of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (c. 43), the Waste Management Licensing Regulations 1994 and the Pollution Prevention and Control (England and Wales) Regulations 2000. They carry into effect in England and Wales Community legislation in the field of pollution prevention and control.
