Regional Law No. 16-ZKO “On radiation safety of the population”.

[摘要] This Regional Law establishes legal grounds for ensuring radiation safety of the population. Radiation safety shall be intended protection of public health, of the present and the future generations against impact by ionizing radiation. Basic principles of ensuring radiation safety shall be non excess of individual radiation levels from all sources of ionizing radiation, prohibition of all activities in which received radiation level does not exceed risks of possible damages due to radiation and
