[摘要] Article 12 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Training of the population for operation under emergency due to the outbreak of natural and technological disasters shall be performed in the organizations, including educational institutions in places of residence, and also with the use of specialized technical equipment and means of early warning and information in places of mass gathering of the population”.
