[摘要] This Notification sets forth procedures and principles of control over wastes entering in the customs territory of Turkey, regarding environmental protection. This Notification covers operations of control over wastes listed in Annex-I. The Provincial Directorates of Environment and Urbanization carries out the compliance control in accordance with the procedures set by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization.
