[摘要] The present Regulations enact the Petroleum Resources Act. The Regulations lay down comprehensive provisions relating to onshore energy exploration. In particular, section 3 establishes that the present Regulations apply to: a) every operator who drills or proposes to drill for petroleum under the Act; and b) every well that is drilled, re-entered, completed, suspended or abandoned under the Act.
