Regional Law No. 120 "On energy saving and improvement of energy efficiency".

[摘要] This Regional Law regulates some relations in the sphere of energy saving and improvement of energy efficiency. Regional Government shall perform the following plenary powers: (a) implementation of state policy; (b) validation of regional programs in the sphere of energy saving and improvement of energy efficiency; and (c) validation of the list of mandatory arrangements on energy saving and improvement of energy efficiency; and (d) propaganda of the use of energy service contracts.
