[摘要] This Decree sets out the legislative framework governing the production, importation, exportation, marketing, use, recycling and disposal of substances that deplete the ozone layer. The Decree lays down specific provisions concerning notification duties. The Decree lays down certain exemptions for prohibited substances for research purposes. Penalties are laid down.
