[摘要] This Law regulates social relations originating in the sphere of manufacturing and trade of biofuel. This Law consists of 5 Sections divided into 24 Articles: (1) general provisions; (2) state regulation and support of manufacturing and trade of biofuel; (3) safety requirements for biofuel and life cycle processes thereof; (4) state supervision in the sphere of manufacturing and trade of biofuel; and (5) conclusive provisions.
