Ministerial Decree No. 1301 validating the Regulation on state hydrometeorological fund and state climatic register.

[摘要] This Ministerial Decree establishes that state hydrometeorological fund shall be collection of documented hydrometeorological information subject to storage in accordance with legislation for the purpose of its usage. State hydrometeorological fund shall be composed of primary meteorological and hydrological data collected through hydrometeorological observation of the state hydrometeorological network in the process of research and field activity.
