[摘要] This Decree, consisting of 5 articles, creates the Inter-Ministerial Committee (CI) entitled for the coordination and implementation of the project on Biotechnology Centre within the State of Amazon, so called "Centro de Biotecnologia da Amazônia (CBA)".
