[摘要] This Act establishes a Council in respect of Environmental Health Officers and also makes incidental provisions for the control of the practice of the profession of Environmental Health. The Act also establishes an Environmental Health Officers Disciplinary Committee and an Environmental Health Officers Investigating Panel.
