[摘要] This Decree establishes the procedures for fact checking of information and data submitted by organizations requested for issuance of authorization for performance of activities causing active impact of hydrometeorology and other geophysical processes by the Department of hydrometeorology subordinated to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection. Fact checking must be completed within ten-day period from the date of submittal of requested information and data.
