Energy Regulations Repeal Regulation (Alta. Reg. 21/2015).

[摘要] The present Regulation is made under the Mines and Minerals Act. In particular, section 1 of the Regulations establishes that the following Regulations are repealed: a) Experimental Oil Sands Royalty Regulation (AR 347/92); b) Natural Gas Price Protection Regulation (AR 157/2001); c) Oil Sands Royalty Regulation, 1984 (AR 166/84); d) Suncor Oil Sands Royalty Regulation (AR 318/78).
