Presidential Decree No. 245/12 approving the investment project «GE-GLS Oil & Gás Angola, Limited».

[摘要] This Presidential Decree approves the investment project «GE-GLS Oil & Gás Angola, Limited». This private investment contract, consisting of 32 clauses and 1 Annex, aims at performing industrial activities in order to produce equipments and product supply for oil and gas industry in Angola. The contract establishes the legal regime applicable to authorized investors, approved by the National Agency for the Private Investments (ANIP), according to Law No. 20/11.
