[摘要] This Resolution, consisting of 9 articles, authorizes the company Electra SARL to establish, according to the Commercial Company Code and other applicable legislation, two subsidiary companies to perform electric energy and water supply concession powers issued by the State of Cape Verde respectively, on the islands of "Sotavento" and "Barlavento", with the exception of Boavista island.
