[摘要] This Act, consisting of 24 sections divided into three Parts, aims at substantially end mining interests over land in the North Stradbroke Island Region by the end of 2019, and end mining in the region in 2025: (a) to protect and restore environmental values of the region; and (b) to facilitate, under other Acts, the staged creation of areas to be jointly managed by the State and the traditional owners of the region.
