[摘要] These provisions supplement regulation 11 of the Water Policy Framework Regulations by inserting new paragraph (v) referring to injection of carbon dioxide stream for storage purposes into geological formations which for natural reasons are permanently unsuitable for other purposes. These Regulations were adopted to transpose Directive 2009/31/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the geological storage of carbon dioxide.
