[摘要] The present Law enforces, inter alia, the Council Directive 96/82/EC of 9 December 1996 on the control of major-accident hazards involving dangerous substances and Directive 2006/21/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the management of waste from extractive industries of 15 March 2006.
