[摘要] These Regulations, made under section 110 of the Mining Act, provide for selected matters to implement provisions of the Act, including, among other things, exportation, sale and disposal of minerals, conditions of mineral rights, obligations under a reconnaissance licence, and obligations of holder of prospecting licence.
