National Environmental Management Laws Amendment Act, 2014 (No. 25 of 2014).

[摘要] This Act amends: the National Environmental Management Act, 1998, in respect of, among other things: environmental management instruments, competent authority, mining operations, environmental impact assessments and integrated environmental authorisations; and National Environmental Management: the Waste Act, 2008 with respect to powers of Minister and authorization of mining operations. It also makes some minor amendments to the National Environmental Management Amendment Act, 2008.
