[摘要] The present Law implements the Law implementing the Protocol on Pollutant Release and Tranfer Registers of 21 May 2003 and the Regulation (EC) No. 166/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the establishment of a European Pollutant Release and Transfer Register of 6 June 2007.
