[摘要] This Law amends Law No. 11.069 on controls to be carried out over production, trade, use, transport and storage of pesticides within the State of Santa Catarina. Amendments deal with administrative and legal proceedings and with the prohibition of importing or trading any pesticide substances and biocides to and from countries, in which the producer or owner of the register has been banned to trade any pesticide products.
