Ordinance on financial contributions under the Energy Law.

[摘要] The present Ordinance implements the Cantonal Energy Law of 4 February 1991. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to financial contribution to projects on energy. In this connexion article 1 lists projects for which subsidies shall be granted. The text – consisting of 11 articles – deals, inter alia, with the following issues: amount of contribution, examination of applications, refunding, transitional provisions and final provisions.
