Regional Law 410-OZ “On protection of the population and territory against natural disasters”.

[摘要] This Regional Law establishes general requirements for organization of protection of the population against natural and technological disasters and emergencies of regional and inter-municipal significance, and mitigation of the consequences thereof. It establishes that regional subsystem of early warning system shall be effective in case of the outbreak of disasters or emergencies.
