[摘要] The present Ordinance implements the Act of 25 November 2010 on the handling of genetically modified, pathogene or alien organisms (Organisms Act). The purpose of the Ordinance is to protect human beings and the environment, in particular animals and plants and their symbiosis against harmful or annoying effects through the handling of genetically modified organisms.
