Resolution No. 3 of 1996 concerning the ban on the importation, production and trade of asbestos and asbestos containing materials.

[摘要] This Resolution aims at the protection of public health and the environment. The present Resolution is composed of 3 articles and 1 Annex. Article 1 decrees the ban on the importation, production and trade of asbestos and asbestos containing materials unless a previous licence from the Environment Protection Committee has been obtained. Annex I lists the suspect asbestos containing materials which necessitate an adopted analysis certificate demonstrating that they are free from asbestos.
