[摘要] Article 5 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Local government shall be responsible for validation of guidelines setting forth norms of waste formation and limits for waste disposal applicable to individual entrepreneurs and legal persons (except for small and medium business entities on sites subject to regional state environmental audit”.
