Act amending the Act on thermal energy.

[摘要] This Act lays down some amendments and addenda to the Act on thermal energy. In particular, the present Act amends provisions concerning conditions of functioning of thermal energy (art. 5 of the amended Act), construction of heat equipment (art. 12) and rights and obligations of participants of heat market (art. 15).
