Law on thermal energy market.

[摘要] This Law regulates the measures for safe and reliable supply of heat or thermal energy in the territory of the Republic of Croatia, including various issues such as conditions for obtaining of related concessions, necessary data collection and data delivery, monitoring and inspection issues, distribution network technical issues, policies and measures for the safe and reliable production, distribution and supply, and many principles aimed to achieve the energy efficiency dynamics.
