[摘要] The scope of this Regional Law shall be to promote oversnow tourism. The purposes of regulation shall be: (a) development of new type of tourism; (b) promotion of ecological and ethnographic tourism; (c) ensuring safety of citizens practicing oversnow tourism; (d) environmental protection; (e) stimulation of new sphere of entrepreneurial activity; and (f) creation of favourable start-up conditions for investments in tourism.
