[摘要] This Decree lays down some amendments to Decree of 21 January 2012 concerning the national certification system for biofuels and bioliquids. The amendments regard the definition of economic operator (art. 2), and transitory provisions applicable to biofuels and bioliquids produced during 2012 (art. 13).
