[摘要] This Regulation implements the Transport Operations (Marine Pollution) Act 1995. It sets out requirements for the prevention of pollution by oil (Part 2), by noxious liquid substances in bulk (Part 3), by packaged harmful substances (Part 4), by sewage (Part 5) and by garbage (Part 6).
