[摘要] These Regulations, made under the Heritage Act 2002, provide with respect to the variation of the Norfolk Island Heritage Register and relative heritage proposals and the management of heritage items. Before consulting the public on a heritage proposal under section 12 of the Act, the Minister may seek the advice of a heritage adviser on the merits of the proposal.
