[摘要] This Decree, composed of 6 articles, institute the Programme for Industrial Pollution Control, aimed at supporting the implementation of projects related to control, preservation and improvement of São Paulo environmental conditions. Among the activities foreseen there are: technical assistance, technical and economic surveys, human resources training, civil engineering works.
