Prescribed Classes of Property Regulation (B.C. Reg. 438/81).

[摘要] The present Regulation is made under the Assessment Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to prescribed classes of property. All properties in British Columbia are classified based on land use and the requirements are outlined in the present Regulations. There are nine separate property classifications.
