Federal Act on the ban of using nuclear fission for Austria’s Energy Supply.

[摘要] The present Act bans the use of nuclear fission for Austria’s energy supply. In particular, article 1 establishes that nuclear power plants must neither be erected nor set into operation in Austria. Until the end of March 1998 at latest, a comprising anti-nuclear law shall in the course of its amendment reach constitutional rank. The text consists of 2 articles.
