Regional Law No. 12-Z amending Regional Law No. 121-Z "On protected areas".

[摘要] Article 6.2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “6.2 Grounds for change of categories of protected areas of regional significance. Grounds for cancellation of protected areas of regional significance shall be: (a) loss of natural and (or) historical and cultural objects that are bases of protected area; and (b) loss of protected area and impossibility to restore the aforesaid natural and (or) historical and cultural objects”.
