[摘要] This Regional Legislative Decree is composed of six Chapters divided in 56 articles. It regulates public access to information regarding the state of environment and public support to environmental NGOs. It also modifies the structure and main attribution of the Regional Council for Environment and Sustainable Development (CRADS).
