Model Sewerage and Drainage Regulations (GN No. 99 of 1996).

[摘要] These Regulations, made in terms of section 94 of the Local authorities Act of 1992, concern providing of sewage services by municipal councils, town councils or village councils (together ‘Council’) and the control of drainage of (waste)water by local authorities. No person shall obtain the connection of any private sewer to a public sewer, whether directly or through a combined private sewer, except by means of a connecting sewer provided by the Council pursuant to a sewerage service contract.
