[摘要] These Regulations lay down amendments and addenda to the Water Policy Framework Regulations. New subregulation 9 of regulation 4 specifies the conditions under which the competent authority shall not be in breach of its obligations as a result of any excess of an Environmental Quality Standard in coastal waters. In Schedule II, a new item concerning the inventory of emissions, discharges and losses is inserted.
