[摘要] This Decree amends article 4 of the Decree No. 7.390 regulating Law No. 12.187, on the National Policy on Climate Change. Amendments establish that the sectoral plans referred to in the art. 11 of Law No. 12,187, and not mentioned in art. 3, will be elaborated until 16 April 2012, with specific minimum content.
