[摘要] This Order extends provisions of the Dumping at Sea Act 1974, subject to exceptions, adaptations and modifications, to the Seychelles. The provisions which apply are set out in Schedule 1. The purpose of the Act is to give effect to the Convention on the Dumping of Wastes at Sea of 1972.
