[摘要] This Act establishes Gambia Public Utilities Regulatory Authority as a body corporate. The functions of the Corporation shall include: monitor and enforce standards of performance by public utilities; promote fair competition among public utilities; examine rates and fees chargeable for the provision of regulated public services.
