Presidential Decree implementing Directive No. 93/75/CEE concerning minimum requirements for vessels entering or leaving Community ports and carrying dangerous or polluting goods, and Directive No. 96/39/CE amending the above mentioned Directive.

[摘要] The Decree establishes all necessary and appropriate measures to ensure that the masters or operators of vessels bound for or leaving a Community seaport and carrying dangerous or polluting goods in bulk or in packaged form, as well as shippers of such goods observe the minimum requirements stated in said Directive.
