Regional La No. 38 “On protection and rational management of amber”.

[摘要] This Regional Law establishes plenary powers of the regional state bodies and legal grounds for extraction, collection processing, trade and conservation of amber. Amber shall be considered mineral laying in subsoil, on sea bottom and in mining waste. Extracted amber shall be considered property of subsoil manager if not otherwise envisaged by mining licence.
