[摘要] The present Regulation is made under the Utilities Commission Act. Section 2 of the afore-mentioned Regulation establishes that the following types of energy resources are prescribed for the purposes of section 65 (2) (a) (ii) of the Act: a) petroleum, as defined in section 1 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Act; b) liquid hydrocarbons; c) petroleum products.
