Act on carbon dioxide taxation on certain energy resources (No. 321 of 2011).

[摘要] This Act sets regulations on carbon dioxide taxation for energy resources commercially distributed. For period 2010-2014, yearly tax rates are specified in Annex 2. For 2015, taxation shall apply to energy resources such as oil, natural gas, coal, petrolium etc. and Danish detailed rates are specified in article 2.
