Atomic Energy Act 1973 (Cap. 143).

[摘要] This Act establishes the Atomic Energy Control Board, the Radioisotope Advisory Committee and the Radiation Protection Service and in general provides with respect to safety in relation with nuclear energy. The Board shall make recommendations to the Minister on encouragement and promotion of the use of atomic energy and protection of health and the environment.
